Valpolicella Superiore Mizzole

The prime objective of Cecilia Beretta estate is to recapture the force and personality of the traditional wines of the Valpolicella and Soave areas, which are the precious products of zones with distinctive –and indeed unique- histories and wine cultures. This Valpolicella Superiore is obtained only from the vineyards of Mizzole at northeast of Verona.

Ruby-red color, this wine offers intense aromas of wild cherries, underbush and hints of toasting. A rich, full-bodied wine, round and warm on the palate

Food Pairings
Great to accompany main courses typical of the Veneto region, such as risotto with porcini mushrooms or radicchio, red meat stews and mature cheeses.
To be served at 16°-18°C.
