This wine comes from the volcanic hillsand the best-exposed vineyards in Soave. It is made from Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes grown on the limestone-rich soil, which gives great complexity and longevity to the wine.
thanks to the environmental conditions, the perfectly ripe grapes of Garganega give the win hints of yellow-fleshed floral notes with a touch of minerality and savoury finish typical of its style.
Pairs well with light starters, delicate dishes such as tagliolini with shrimps or seafood risotto and many fish dishes. To be served at 10-12° C.
